The full works; detailed surveys and reports
Either pre-acquisition or for an existing premises, we are able to produced detailed building / condition surveys which will detail all structural issues with the building, if required this can include estimated costs for rectifying any structural elements. All information is issued to our clients in a fully detailed report, supported by the required drawing and photographic information.
