Design management is all about producing full design proposals for a refurbishment or new build project. We have created construction drawing packages for a wide variety of retailers, packages that enable our clients to carry out professional tender, procurement and approval processes. We will also manage the evolution of our concept through on-site to ensure that all contractor queries and design challenges are answered as well ensuring approval is fully gained, from landlords, building control and the local authority.

3D rendered imagery and walk-throughs
Backed up by our surveying and space planning experience, we use the latest 3D and visual software to produce fully rendered still imagery or walk through presentations of the proposed interior store concept. By taking advantage of this process our clients have benefited from saving cost and time in the procurement process and also preventing any surprises when the store is finished.
Store processes and systems
We have the experience to understand that as well as producing an innovative interior concept, there are also a number of store processes and M&E systems that need to be amalgamated into a successful store design. We use our experience in retail design, structural design and M&E consultancy to ensure that our proposals stand up to any site specific issues and environmental requirements.
