Laying the correct foundations
To ensure a successful project hand-over, success being judged by our 3 key performance indicators, it is imperative that the correct foundations are laid at an early stage. We take the complete project management process away from our clients, including managing main contractors, client direct contractors, the approvals process and also the retailer’s internal merchandising teams.
Solid, proven retail experience
With over 20 years experience in retail project management, we can work with and deliver retail projects for a wide range of retailers. Having worked within every mainstream shopping centre throughout the UK, we understand any Mall specific restrictions at an early stage and are able to factor this process into our project program to avoid any unforeseen project delays or add-on costs.
